Jason Al-Imam

Jason Al-Imam is the Finance Director and City Treasurer for the City of Newport Beach, a full-service city located in Orange County. He has nineteen years of experience in municipal finance and accounting. Previously, he worked for the cities of Tustin, Fountain Valley, Los Alamitos, and Riverside. Jason started his career in public accounting, auditing local governments throughout California. He currently serves as the Chair of the CSMFO Professional Standards Committee, whose mission is to keep CSMFO members informed of emerging issues and best practices.
