Nick Romo currently serves as the Revenue and Taxation Representative for the League of California Cities. Prior to joining the League, he served as a policy consultant to the California State Senate advancing environmental, education, and economic development law. He got his start interning for the previous two Mayors of Los Angeles, Eric Garcetti and Antonio Villaraigosa. He is a distinguished graduate of the Claremont Colleges with degrees in Sociology and Political Studies. Nick was born and raised in Northeast Los Angeles. From a family of immigrants, public school teachers, and veterans, he aims to carry on their legacy of public service and education.
