Ryan Nicasio

Ryan Nicasio is Senior Vice President of Consulting and has been with PARS since 1998. He manages the Plan Compliance, Plan Implementation, and Analysis divisions of PARS. His experience with the complexities of the accounting and valuation processes and overall experience in the retirement industry carry over to his consulting role with clients. Ryan also consults with public sector entities of various markets including municipalities, education, and special districts.
