Important Information Regarding Launch Bay for those with Purchased Tickets

Due to high demand and interest, note that we have now included modifications to provide the ultimate experience for all attendees!

To alleviate lines and allow plenty of space for everyone inside the event, attendees will now choose between two time frames to visit the Launch Bay hospitality space:

7:00 – 8:30 pm

9:00 – 10:30 pm

Both times will include desserts, drinks, music, and maybe some special character appearances!

You will be asked to get into the line that is for your preferred time frame when tickets are distributed on Wednesday afternoon.  Please note that there are an equal amount of tickets available for each time frame.  These will be offered on a first come first serve basis.  If your preferred time frame is no longer available, you will receive a wrist band for the alternative time frame.

As a reminder, your purchase includes access to our special event, but also covers admission to the park! You will have full access to Disneyland Park until close, so you can enjoy all Disney has to offer while you wait for your entry time.

Attendee and guest ticket distribution will take place on Wednesday afternoon.  You must have your name badge present to pick up your tickets.  You may only pick up tickets for yourself and your guest. 

Below are those times and corresponding requirements, provided to alleviate long wait times.  If you have a strong preference on Launch Bay entry time frame, please make sure to arrive on time for your specific time frame.

2:45 pm  Exhibitor Attendees

3:45 pm  Attendees last name A – K

4:15 pm  Attendees last name L – Z

Note:  Afternoon dessert and coffee will be served in the Exhibit Hall from 3:45 pm – 4:15 pm.  Stop by before or after you get your tickets!

Additional FAQs

  1. For either time frame, do I receive entrance to the Disneyland Park? Yes!  You will receive a Disneyland Park ticket with your Launch Bay wristband during the ticket distribution.  You will be able to access the park throughout the night until it closes with either time frame.
  2. Can I receive a refund on my tickets? If you would like a refund and to cancel your Launch Bay and Disneyland Park ticket, please notify CSMFO by emailing staff@csmfo.org with subject line: “Refund-Wednesday night event” by this Friday, January 26th at 12 noon.  Refunds will not be given on-site.
  3. Is dinner provided? No, dinner will not be provided.  Salty and sweet Disney desserts will be available.  There will also be a full bar available in the Launch Bay.  Make sure to bring your drink ticket you received at registration.  Additional drinks may be purchased.  All drinks are not able to leave the Launch Bay space.
  4. If I choose the 7 – 8:30 pm time frame, can I come back later for the 9 – 10:30 pm time frame? No, you may only visit during the time frame you receive at your ticket pick-up.  You may move in and out during that time frame.
  5. I have a guest ticket. Where do I pick that up?  You will pick up your guest wristband and Disneyland Park ticket at the same time you pick up your attendee ticket during the appropriate distribution window.
  6. Are tickets still available? We recommend anyone interested join the waitlist on our website.  Tickets may still become available due to attendee cancellations.
  7. Can I dress up? Bring on the Mickey ears and Star Wars shirts!  But, please note that costumes are not permitted by Disney inside of the parks.  For more information on the dress code, visit this link:  https://disneyland.disney.go.com/faq/parks/dress/
