Wednesday Night Event

You are invited to a galactic adventure like no other! Join us for a special evening filled with fun and a great way to connect with other attendees. Whether you are a Jedi Master, a loyal Rebel, or a devoted Sith, this event is designed for all ages. With your entry into Disneyland (included in this event), feel free to enjoy Disneyland rides and events throughout the evening, and stop by our hospitality space to say hi to your colleagues!

Located inside Disneyland Park, Star Wars Launch Bay, located adjacent to Space Mountain, is CSMFO’s private hospitality space Wednesday night from 7 pm – 10 pm.  As a place that serves as the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable gathering, enjoy a live DJ who will set the mood ensuring you can dance to a favorite song, or maybe even sing along!  In addition, grab a beverage at our bar and snack on a few hors d’oeuvres (please note, this is not a dinner event), and network in our private location inside Disneyland.  The evening is intended for you to enjoy Disneyland, drop in throughout the evening at our private event, and continue to enjoy the rest of the Park after 10 pm until it closes!

If you are a conference attendee, you will be able to purchase a ticket for the event at a discounted price of $35- this includes access to Disneyland Park and our Star Wars Launch Bay space. Guest tickets are also available for purchase.  The cost of your entrance will include one drink ticket and snacks in the hospitality space.  Additional drink tickets may be purchased at the event.

NOTE: By purchasing a ticket to this event (as an attendee or a guest), your park reservation will be handled by CSMFO.  No additional action will be necessary on your part.  If you purchase a park ticket through Disney, or have a season pass, and do not purchase a Wednesday Night Event ticket through CSMFO, you will need to make your own park reservations and you will not be able to receive access to our Hospitality space.

HOW YOU WILL GAIN ENTRANCE INTO OUR EVENT:

Tickets for your entrance into Disneyland and a wristband for the private event at Star Wars Launch Bay   will be distributed Wednesday afternoon beginning at approximately 3:45 pm at the Disneyland Hotel.  The distribution will be designed to minimize your wait time in line, in addition to allow you to enjoy time in the Exhibit Hall visiting our commercial partners and networking while enjoying an late afternoon snack. You must have your name badge to pick up both your and any guests tickets you have purchased.
